Guestz – Win a Two-Night Stay at Yr Glan Neigr Boutique Apart-Hotel
1. Promoter
The promotion is organised by Residential Estates Limited, trading as Guestz, of Kinnerton House, Bell Meadow, Cuckoos Nest, Pulford, Chester, CH4 9EP
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate family members.
Only entries that comply with these terms and conditions will be eligible.
3. Promotion period
The promotion closes at midnight on Friday 27th November 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow @guestz.uk on Instagram.
- Like the official competition post.
- Comment on the competition post, answering the question stated in the post.
No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
Only entries received through the designated competition post during the promotion period will be accepted.
5. The prize
One winner will receive a two-night stay for two people at Glan Neigr Boutique Apart-Hotel in Anglesey.
The prize does not include travel, meals, drinks, personal expenses or any other costs unless expressly stated in the competition advertisement.
The stay must be booked and taken before 31st March 2027, subject to the booking conditions and availability specified by the Promoter.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place on Monday 30th November 2026.
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.
7. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted via Instagram by the official @guestz.uk account within 7 days of the draw.
The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the stated period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
8. Prize arrangements
The winner must arrange their stay directly with Guestz using the booking instructions provided.
All bookings are subject to the accommodation's applicable terms and conditions and the availability restrictions communicated to the winner.
9. Personal information
Personal information provided by entrants will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy: Guestz - Privacy Policy.
Entering the promotion does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications.
10. General conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of suspected fraudulent or invalid entries.
The Promoter will not make changes to these terms except where exceptional circumstances make a change necessary and the change is permitted under applicable law and advertising rules.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights that participants may have under applicable law.

By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from responsibility in connection with this promotion.
