How it works

If you either have a property that you would like to rent as a short term let, or you are looking to buy a property, please contact our team, who will be able to provide you with all the necessary information about short term lets and what your potential earnings could be. Valuation & Checks
Once you are happy to let your property we will send the agreements, and check the property has all the necessary safety checks and furnishings suited for short term lets.
Professional Photos & Marketing
We will ensure that professional photos are taken and all the relevant marketing materials are drawn up, the property will be uploaded to our website, and if necessary, the OTAs such as AirBNB and Booking.com. Your property will be sent to our relocation agents and corporate companies.
Sit back and relax
Once you have spoken to our advisory team, and passed the property to us, sit back and relax while we do the hard work, taking enquiries, bookings, checking tenants in, managing the cleaning, taking deposits and dealing with any emergencies.
